Terms & Conditions Respectful Engagement Partners agree to promote mutual respect and understanding in all interactions with DA Global staff, fellow partners, and the broader network — acknowledging other perspectives, constructively engaging across differences, and actively listening. Engagement in community discussions and shared learning spaces is encouraged and at each individual’s discretion. Logos and Names Partner grants DA Global the right to use your organization’s name and logo on daglobal.org and related marketing materials, solely to indicate your partnership. As long as you remain a partner in good standing, you may use DA Global’s name and Impact Partner designation, in the format provided by DA Global, solely to indicate your partnership status. Proprietary Content and Permitted Use Partner acknowledges that content requiring a login to access — including BeGlobali Campus Hub resources, the DA Global Knowledge Hub, and related platform content — contains copyrighted and proprietary materials owned by DA Global. The following uses are not permitted without express written consent from DA Global: Redistributing DA Global-authored content, including platform resources, guides, frameworks, publications, and assessment tools, in any form. Embedding DA Global content on external websites, intranets, or partner platforms. Copying, reproducing, or repurposing DA Global content — including through AI or other generative tools — in presentations, courses, training materials, or other deliverables. Screenshotting or capturing platform content for external distribution. The following uses are permitted: Sharing links to DA Global platform pages and publicly available resources on daglobal.org and beglobali.com. Referencing DA Global content with proper attribution in presentations, articles, or institutional materials. Accessing and using content contributed by DA Global Content Partners — third-party organizations whose materials appear on the platform — subject to those partners’ own terms. Downloading content that DA Global has explicitly made available for download, as indicated on the platform. DA Global and its licensors exclusively retain all right, title, and interest in all content, documentation, software, interfaces, databases, data models, technology, reports, and other intellectual property on daglobal.org, beglobali.com, and related platforms (the “DA Global IP”). Except for the express licenses granted in this Agreement, Partner has no right, title, or interest in DA Global IP. When referencing DA Global resources in presentations, articles, or other materials, credit must be provided to DA Global and relevant authors. Annual Partnership Investment Partner agrees to pay the annual partnership investment. Fees are assessed annually and payment is required upon signing to activate the partnership and upon renewal. Payment is due within sixty (60) days of invoice. Suspension and Termination DA Global reserves the right to (i) suspend Partner access if annual fees are not paid on time, or (ii) suspend or cancel a partnership if Partner violates any terms or policies, or engages in conduct seriously prejudicial to the purposes of DA Global. DA Global may also terminate a partnership upon Partner’s bankruptcy, withdrawal from, or cessation of business. Refunds No refunds of partnership fees or other payments will be issued. Authority The individual entering into this Agreement on behalf of Partner represents, warrants, and covenants that (a) they have authority to enter into this Agreement and perform its obligations; (b) execution of this Agreement does not violate any other agreement to which Partner is party or bound; and (c) this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid, and binding obligation of Partner, enforceable in accordance with its terms. No Other Licenses Entering into this Agreement neither grants nor implies, by estoppel or otherwise, any rights under any copyright, patents, or other intellectual property rights of DA Global or another partner, except as expressly provided in Section 3. Partner Responsibility Partner is solely responsible for its interactions with other partners and DA Global network participants. DA Global reserves the right, but has no obligation, to intercede in disputes. DA Global will not be responsible for any liability arising from such interactions. No Warranty Except as otherwise agreed in writing, all services and information provided under this Agreement are provided “as is” with no warranties or conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DA Global’s total liability to Partner under this Agreement will not exceed the annual partnership fees paid by Partner in the twelve months preceding the claim. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between DA Global and Partner with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
